Mr. Tracy was one of the original students of Ed Parker in the early 1960’s,  and one of the most dedicated and prolific Kenpo instructors in the world.   He is the head of the Tracy Kenpo system, the most complete Kenpo martial art organization in existence, with more legitimate Kenpo black belts than all other Kenpo systems combined.
