East-Wind believes that the health and fitness of our students directly effects their ability to defend themselves. We assist our students to understand the difference between nutrition for the masses, and nutrition for optimal health fitness and sports performance. We believe that fitness goes hand and hand with self-defense. The better condition you are in, the more chance you have in surviving a hostile attack.

A person does not need to be in the greatest physical shape and it is not necessary to be the strongest person to start learning to defend themselves. Through our process of training and setting attainable goals, and guidance in nutrition, we can help you reach a physical condition that might be the best in your life, and you will have fun at the same time.

Because East-Wind specializes in private instruction, we are more able to recognize your specific needs, and help guide you towards your goals. However, like anything else, it takes an effort on the behalf of the individual for real accomplishments.
