|
East-Wind Martial Arts instruction is in traditional Chinese Kenpo, one of the most unique fighting arts in existence. Chinese Kenpo is primarily a striking art done from a standing position, combining the use of hands and feet with lighting speed and control for maximum effect, with throws and grabs blended in throughout the system. Although Kenpo is a street fighting art designed for self-defense, some of the most well known mixed martial artists in the world had their roots in Chinese Kenpo.
