Mr. Zitko started taking lessons with Mr. Toppins in the San Francisco Bay area in the late 1970's until Mr. Toppins
left for Southern California in 1981. Reached the Rank of 2nd degree Brown; from that point,
received lessons from some of the most distinguished martial art instructors in Northern California, until
reuniting with Mr. Toppins in the 1990's and earning and becoming East-Wind's first Black Belt. Read More:
